1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and engaging David Resurface for pool remodeling or resurfacing services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable Arizona and U.S. laws.

2. Services We Provide

David Resurface provides pool remodeling and resurfacing services in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area, including but not limited to:

  • Pool interior resurfacing (Pebble Tec, Pebble Sheen, Diamond Brite, plaster)
  • Waterline tile and full-tile replacement
  • Cool Deck, Acrylic Lace, travertine, and stamped concrete pool deck resurfacing
  • Artificial rock waterfall restoration and repair
  • Pool crack repair and leak detection

3. Estimates and Pricing

On-site estimates are free. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Final project pricing is confirmed in the signed project agreement.

4. Scope of Work

The signed estimate defines the full scope of work. Changes to scope during a project (additional repairs discovered during prep, upgraded materials, added features) will be priced and approved in writing before work proceeds.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the signed project agreement. Typical structure: deposit at signing, progress payment at drain or major prep milestone, final payment on project completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before material ordering or on-site work begins are refunded less any incurred costs. Cancellations after material ordering forfeit deposit against materials procured. We will communicate all material-ordering milestones in advance.

7. Workmanship Warranty

Our workmanship is warranted against defects for a period specified in your project agreement. Aggregate finishes (Pebble Tec, Diamond Brite) carry separate manufacturer warranties, typically 10-15 years, passed through to you with product registration. We do not warrant damage caused by unbalanced water chemistry, unauthorized repairs, or structural issues outside our scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

David Resurface is licensed, bonded, and insured as an Arizona contractor. Our liability is limited to the total value of the project covered by the signed agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of David Resurface or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Projects under contract are governed by the terms in effect at the signing date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
